PEOPLE in Tenbury are being invited to give the triathlon a try to help Sports Relief.
But they can do it all under one roof.
A week of activities will be taking place in the Tenbury Swimming Pool and Fitness Centre that will be working in conjunction with BT to help the sports related charity.
The triathlon with a difference will all take place in the fitness room and involves a 1 kilometre row, run and bike ride.
People who want to take part can get sponsors or just make a donation in a bucket.
The week of activities starts on Saturday March 15 and there will be sessions on the Saturday and Sunday between 9am, on Monday and Wednesday between 4pm and 6.30pm and on the Thursday and Friday between 9am and 11.30am.
A swimathon will also be staged in the pool on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday (March 21 to March 23).
Last year the event at the pool and fitness centre raised more than £700 for the ‘Red Nose’ appeal.
