A HEREFORD man stole £60 worth of razors from Boots, a court has heard.
John Silk, 48, of Aylestone Hill, Hereford, faced a count of theft from a shop at Hereford Magistrates Court on September 19.
The court heard how on September 4, Silk and another man were caught acting suspiciously in the Hereford branch of Boots.
The store manager asked them to leave, then after checking CCTV saw that Silk had taken two packets of razors without paying.
His defence said there had already been a positive change in his behaviour since the incident.
Silk was ordered to pay a fine of £50, compensation of £60, a victim surcharge of £30 and £100 costs.
