Thieves break into house to try to steal car
POLICE are appealing for information after a residential property in St Johns Avenue has been broken into.
The incident happened sometime during September 3.
Entry was gained by forcing the back door.
An untidy search was made, but nothing was stolen.
A police spokesman said: "It is believed thieves may have been after the car that was parked on the driveway. If you saw anyone acting in a suspicious manner please contact police on 101."
