A COUNTRY garden at Birchwood, near Malvern, will be open to the public at the weekend.
Shuttifield Cottage, open as part of the National Gardens Scheme, is described as a "three-acre plantsman's garden, extensive herbaceous borders, primula and stump bed, many unusual trees, shrubs, perennials, colour-themed for all-year interest".

The garden will be open from 1.30pm to 5pm, and home-made teas will be available. Admission is £5 for adults, and free for children. To find the cottage, follow WR13 5HA.
