A MAN is set to appear in court accused of threatening members of the public with a carving knife in a Rowley Regis street.
It is alleged Terrelle White was armed with a knife in Throne Road and Tudor Road at 11.30am yesterday (Monday, July 16) and brandished it at several people, including a woman out walking her dog.
The 23-year-old, from Bideford Road, Smethwick, was arrested by a West Midlands Police officer and later charged with possessing an offensive weapon.
He is due to appear before Dudley magistrates on July 31.
