WITNESSES are wanted after a man died during a crash on the A422 between Flyford Flavell and Inkberrow.

The 37-year-old driver died during a crash between a silver Nissan Qashqai and a black Ford Fiesta.

The Nissan driver was taken to hospital for her injuries, which were not thought to be life threatening.

The crash happened shortly after 7.35am on Friday (March 16).

Constable Steve Screen said: "We are particularly keen to hear from people who were driving in the area shortly before the collision, as they may have seen the vehicles travelling along the road or have dashcam footage.

"Please get in touch to share what you saw. Even the smallest piece of information could help our investigation into this tragic incident."
