GRITTERS are heading out onto the county's roads this afternoon, with temperatures set to drop below zero from 7pm and snow showers likely to continue.
Worcestershire County Council's highways department tweeted earlier today to say gritting teams would be out from 3pm today, after the Met Office issued a yellow weather warning.
Forecasters have predicted snow across the weekend, with the latest cold snap labelled the 'Beast from the East 2.0'.
