A 28-YEAR-OLD man who allegedly walked into a library with a fake gun has appeared in court.
Martin Allen was charged with possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence in October and appeared at Worcester Crown Court on Tuesday (November 17).
Mr Allen's defence are making an application to have the case dismissed.
Allen, of Nibley Close, Worcester, will appear again before Worcester Crown Court on Friday, December 15.
Armed police were called to reports of a man with a gun at the Fairfield Centre, Carnforth Drive, Worcester putting nearby Fairfield Primary School into lockdown.
