A MAN has been airlifted to hospital after a crash between a car and a motorbike in Kidderminster.
West Midlands Ambulance Service was called to the junction of the A451, Stourbridge Road, and Park Gate Road, on Friday evening (May 26) to reports of a crash between a car and a motorbike.
The road is currently closed and drivers are have been told to find another route.
The service confirmed that a 54-year-old male was being airlifed to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, in Birmingham, with chest and leg injuries.
There were no other patients.
Two senior paramedic officers, two ambulances and the Midlands Air Ambulance from Cosford attended the scene.
A tweet sent out by the Kidderminster Safer Neighbourhood Team said: "Please avoid the A451 by the Park Gate pub due to an accident there.
"Road will be closed for some hours so find other route."
