THE family of 19-year-old Nathias Bailey, who was known as Nat, have paid tribute to him.

Nat died on Saturday (December 3) following a crash on the A46 Evesham Bypass.

His family have described him as "adorable, mischievous with a twinkle in his eye and easy-going".

Nat was a keen rugby player, having played for the Royal Grammar School and Evesham Colts and Seniors as a prop.

He was also a member of the Second Evesham Bengeworth Scout Group, and in his spare time he enjoyed skiing, shooting and listening to 60's music.

Nat had previously attended Fladbury First School and the Royal Grammar School in Worcester, and was working at the Crown and Trumpet in Broadway.

He had also worked at the National Trust at Hidcote Gardens over the summer, which he was said to have loved.

Nat leaves behind his mum, dad and older brother, as well as a large and loving family which includes ten cousins.

His family have asked that their privacy is respected at this difficult time.

Police are continuing to appeal to anyone who witnessed the collision, or who saw either vehicle in the moments before the incident, to please come forward.
