A ROUTINE police patrol led to an officer finding drug users gathered inside a telephone box.
Danielle Llewellyn, 31, of Merestone Road, Hereford, was one of those found and was in possession of £10 worth of crack cocaine and £10 worth of heroin.
She pleaded guilty at Hereford Magistrates Court on Thursday to the possession of both drugs.
Timothy Talbot-Webb, prosecuting said that around 12.30pm on August 6, an officer on patrol in Hereford saw three people he believed to be drug users inside a telephone box.
"Llewellyn was searched by the officer and a wrap of what was believed to be heroine was found, said Mr Talbot-Webb.
"A full search was carried out by a female police officer at the police station and two more wraps of heroine and a wrap of crack cocaine was found."
In total 0.1 grammes of heroine was found and 0.2 grammes of crack cocaine.
Marilena Divitantonio, mitigating said that Llewellyn accepted that she was a user of both drugs.
"She has had issues with drugs in the past and has had a long period of being drug free," said Ms Divitantonio.
"The probation service confirms that unfortunately she has fell back into this habit."
Magistrates gave Llewellyn a conditional discharge for 18 months. She was also ordered to pay £185 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
