FOUR Redditch men appeared before Telford Magistrates' Court on Thursday, July 21, charged with fraud offences following an investigation by West Mercia Police's Economic Crime Unit.
The investigation relates to a number of alleged frauds against individuals involving time-shares with a total of nine people charged with four of them from Redditch.
Daniel Carr, 23, of Exhall Close, Craig Simon Walker, 26, of Sandhurst Close and Brendon Hicks, 26, of Salters Lane were charged with conspiracy to defraud.
Brian William Carr, 28, of Ombersley Close, Redditch was charged with conspiracy to defraud, committing an act/series of acts with intent to pervert the cause of justice and concealing criminal proceedings.
All nine defendants have been bailed to appear at Shrewsbury Crown Court on Monday, August 22.
