THERE are reports this evening that a tree has fallen bringing down a telegraph pole in Worcester.
The tree came down near Alberta Close, Lowerwick bringing down the telegraph pole and damaging houses, according to eyewitnesses.
Sophie Hunt said: "The wind was strong and we heard a massive rumble and turned around and saw the tree fall down.
"Took the telephone pole with it.
"Firemen have come out to tape it up so no one gets hurt and hopefully the council will be out soon to get rid of it.
"It's taken down part of the fascia board on the roof and smashed a neighbour's window."
More to come.
