EVESHAM mayor Fred Kaler was guest of honour at Brompton House, in Broadway, as residents and staff celebrated National Care Home Open Day recently.
The theme was 'All aboard the cruise ship' with games and live music.
Councillor Kaler presented a prize to resident John Bays after he won the game of quoits.
Care home manager Denise Baker said it was nice to see local people joining in.
