Transfer of public toilets and open spaces still set to go ahead
THE asset transfer continues to gather pace in Ross-on-Wye.
As reported by the Hereford Times, the Market House and the Old Chapel in the town are now run by the town council.
Ross-on-Wye Town Council last week heard that the Market House has now been emptied and contracts are with The Courtyard in Hereford to occupy the building.
An art collective by the theatre will be displayed upstairs.
Councillors heard The Old Chapel will be emptied in due course, but the transfer of the open spaces and public toilets is still waiting to go ahead.
