SIX en-suite bedrooms could be created at an 18th century house next to a Ledbury pub.
The Vine House is currently used for office use after previously been used as a school and a brewery.
H.J.P. Holdings Ltd has now put forward plans for a change of use to create the bedrooms.
Planning documents state that the rooms would be accessed from the courtyard and serviced and managed by the Talbot Hotel.
