MEN dressed as female nurses pushing a bed around Ludlow was what greeted town-centre shoppers.
The annual bed-push raises much-needed funds for the Ludlow Hospital.
It is organised by the Hospital League of Friends which this year has the target of raising £150,000 to renew and update the x-ray equipment.
Vital equipment at Ludlow Hospital provided by the League of Friends includes kidney dialysis machines and special beds.
Volunteers from the group also provide a tea-and-coffee service for patients.
The League of Friends is also involved in the campaign to secure the future of the hospital.
