THERE will be a sale of books and vinyl at Clun Memorial Hall on Saturday (March 4).

It is to help raise funds for the hall that is used by organisations and people from Clun and the surrounding area.

The fair at the hall will be full of stalls selling books and vinyl.

There are ten stalls planned each carrying a wide selection of reading matter with an estimate that between 2,000 and 3,000 different books will be on sale.

In addition to that, there will be stalls carrying a range of vinyl from classical to pop. There are likely to be up to 1,000 long playing records to look through. Vinyl is now back in fashion and some titles are well sought after.

Included in one stall’s stock will be some Beatles LPs and those by the Carpenters, David Essex and Wham!

The fair runs from 10am to 3pm; homemade refreshments will also be available.
