HOT stews and roast meat might be most people’s idea of the type of food most associated with south Shropshire in mid-winter.
But a cookery course with a difference brought a touch of the exotic to dinner tables.
Sabrina Zeif was the cook bringing a spot of Caribbean sunshine to brighten up the January gloom at the Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre in Craven Arms.
Her vegetarian Caribbean Cookery Course demonstrated how a change from the traditional can enliven any meal.
