LUDLOW Rotary Club volunteers served literally hundreds of glasses of refreshing Pimms to the delight of thirsty festivalgoers at this year’s Ludlow Food Festival.
Young people from Working Together in Ludlow also gave much welcomed helped at the event.
The money raised by the event, now in its fourth year, will be donated to Working Together, a charity devoted to helping young people with learning disabilities.
In the spirit of community support, Ludlow Rotary club volunteers also supported the famous Sausage Trail event during the festival, dishing out hundreds of sausage sandwiches to hungry visitors.
This year, support was also given by volunteers from the Ludlow Foyer that provides accommodation for young people who otherwise would be at risk of being homeless.
Hundreds of sausage sandwiches were served to hungry sausage-trail followers, raising much needed funding for local charities.
