SHROPSHIRE has voted to leave the EU - the campaign has been won across the country by the Leave campaign.
Worcestershire and Herefordshire voted to leave - Malvern Hills, Wyre Forest voted to leave.
In Shropshire the votes cast for Remain were 78,987 and for Leave 104,166 There was a 77.42% turnout with 183,324 votes cast.
Shrewsbury MP Daniel Kawczynski said: "The British people have voted decisively for sovereignty, to take back control, to make Parliament directly accountable to them and it is a very important day."
