LUDLOW’S running reverend has been grounded.
Neil Richardson was to have taken part in the Chester Marathon tomorrow (Sunday, October 4).
But a strained tendon in his right leg has forced the 71-year-old to pull out. He had been running for the Ludlow charity ‘Hands Together.’
“I am really sorry to be letting folks down and absolutely gutted for myself. But these things happen,” said Neil Richardson.
