Two new members of staff will be bringing extra experience to a Ludlow solicitors' office.

PCB Solicitors has welcomed Fiona Martin and Melissa Greves to its Ludlow-based property team.

With more than ten years and eight years working in residential conveyancing respectively, Fiona and Melissa will be advising the firm’s clients on all matters involving residential property transactions, including leasehold and freehold properties, sales and purchases, and transfer of equity and re-mortgaging.

Rachael Hughes, managing partner at PCB Solicitors, explained: “We’re delighted to welcome both Melissa and Fiona to the Ludlow team, and know their wealth of experience and knowledge will prove to be a huge asset to our clients across South Shropshire, and will complement our existing team too. Their appointment is part of wider plans to strengthen our existing offer and ensure we can continue to provide a high-level service which is renowned across the county.”

Melissa Greves explained: “I’m thrilled to join PCB Solicitors and very much look forward to building and maintaining relationships with clients, estate agents, and wider stakeholders in the local community. The conveyancing process can be stressful for many individuals, so I’m looking forward to supporting PCB’s clients and helping to ensure the buying and selling property runs as smoothly as possible.”
