FIRE appliances from all over Shropshire have been dealing with a serious incident at Bromfield.
It has involved 50 tonnes of hay and several tonnes of nitrogen fertiliser.
Nine fire appliances from Ludlow, Craven Arms, Clun, Cleobury Mortimer, Craven Arms, Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth and Tweedale have been fighting the fire.
An incident command unit, specialist water carrier, fuel bowser and heavy pumping unit have all been employed.
The fire started on Wednesday afternoon (July 8) and continues. It has caused considerable disruption to traffic on the nearby A49.
