STUDENTS at the Insteps Dance Academy based in Ludlow and are ecstatic after recent exam and festival results.
Twenty-eight students took part in the annual Live Arts Dance festival in Much Wenlock.
The dancers returned with eight trophies and 25 medals in the solo, duet, trio, and group sections.
A particular highlight saw Lewis Pallett win first place with the highest mark for a senior soloist, while the senior cabaret group also won first place and also recorded the highest mark over the whole festival.
“It has been a brilliant couple of months for Insteps and all of our students,” said Leianne Bates, principal of the academy.
“As well as the great festival achievements, across our two schools in Ludlow and Leominster, we recently had more than 100 students take their modern and tap exams with a 100% pass rate.
"I am very proud of all their achievements and it is testament to all their hard work and fantastic attitude.”
