A GROUP of active early birds from Tenbury were part of an attempt to get into the Guiness Book of Records.
They were taking out in a work out in the sports hall at Tenbury High School organised by the American based health and nutritional products company Herbalife - a new health craze which is proving popular over there.
The idea was to get as many people as possible from all over the world getting involved in a high intensity get fit session.
People of different ages and levels of physical fitness turned up for the 45 minutes exercise programme in the knowledge that other people throughout the world were doing the same thing.
It was hoped that the record attempt would result in the greatest number of people working out all over the world at the same time.
