If we allow the past ten years efforts by groups such as The Ludlow Hospital League of Friends, chaired by Peter Corfield, and others who have given so much time and energy to this essential project our community will only have itself to blame when, in three to five years time we no longer have a hospital in Ludlow at all.
Surely the point of the new build was to replace a building no longer fit for purpose, how is that going to change? We can be sure that future government cut backs will see us travelling to Telford, Shrewsbury and Hereford for our vital hospital needs.
Lets join together as a community to save this essential service.
