So, there’s to be no new hospital, can’t say I’m surprised, but to read in the Advertiser August 1, that health chiefs may still relocate the doctors to the Eco Park has annoyed my family.
We live a 10 minute walk from the centre of town and have no car for our young family so if we ever have an appointment its no problem to walk into town.
If they move, at best it will be a 25 minute walk because the Park and Ride would be the only viable option as they're only every half hour and are very unreliable.
So I would gladly sign any petition to keep the doctors in town.
