  AUCTIONEER Nick Champion of Tenbury Wells reports a successful auction sale of three lots of grazing land on February 28. 13.82 acres of sloping pasture and woodland at Farden Lane, Knowbury, Nr Ludlow was offered in two lots with 11.43 acres achieving £72,000 and 2.39 acres at £28,000. Both lots were bought by a local farmer and equated to £7235 per acre. Lot 3 was 7.11 acres of sloping pasture and old stone workings at Highwood, Eastham, which sold at £60,000 (£8439 per acre).
