Martin Bennett, First Responder and Kath Pardoe, president of Menith Wood WI
THE Menith Wood WI held their Annual Meeting recently and before the business matters presented Martin Bennett, First Responder, a cheque for £265.05 which amounted to the money taken at their community Valentine lunch earlier in the year.
The First Responder is invaluable to villages and Martin has been instrumental in helping and saving lives of people closely connected to those in communities local to Menith Wood.
The Menith Wood WI members hope that their donation will go some way towards ensuring his work continues.
