PEOPLE in Church Stretton have been doing their bit for ‘those in peril on the sea'.
The Church Stretton branch of the RNLI help a table top sale at the United Reformed Church to raise funds.
Every year the RNLI rescues people who get in trouble off coastal waters and it operates a fleet of off-shore and in-shore lifeboats.
The lifeboat men and women are volunteers who work on an on-call basis and have to be able to drop whatever they are doing when the call comes.
