CHOCOLATE truffles are a special guilty pleasure.
They are something that perhaps should be just for Christmas and special occasions.
With this in mind, there was a workshop on how to make chocolate truffles at the Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre in Craven Arms.
The event made for sticky fingers on the day and perhaps a bigger dress or trouser size in the New Year.
