ART should be about vivid colours or so Ludlow artist Stephen Foxx believes.
The 66-year-old painter is back with a new exhibition at Ludlow Library.
It comes a year after a show at the same venue.
Bright colours and strong shapes are the trademark for a man who has a passion for art.
Now retired and living in Bitterley, he spends most of his spare time painting and his work is on view at the gallery in Ludlow Library.
