THE Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre hosted a variety of ‘get fit’ and ‘get healthy’ activities to promote the healthy living message.
Based in Craven Arms, the Discovery Centre was the focal point of all things healthy with Millie’s food cookery workshops, smoothie making, along with get fit quick with Jester Jack’s fire show and circus tricks as well as a climbing wall from The Edge Adventure.
There were meadow health trails, a bouncy castle and visitors to the unique grass roofed building in Craven Arms got the chance to have a go at some bush craft skills.
Britpart, a specialist supplier of Land Rover parts and accessories employing 200 people and based in Craven Arms sponsored the day.
