A VERY special café is opens today (Thursday, October 22) in Bishops Castle Town Hall.
It will be run by the children of Bishops Castle Primary School and will open regularly on the last Thursday of the month.
Thursday is also the weekly town hall market day.
The enterprise begins today because of the half-term holiday with customers welcome from 10am to 2pm. A full waitress and waiter service will be provided and the venture will be under the watchful eye of teacher Gareth Davies.
“Many useful aspects of learning will be achieved through running this business venture and all proceeds will be going to the school,” said Karen Corfield, markets manager at the Town Hall.
