‘ONCE upon a time’ are familiar opening words for many books aimed at young children.
They were the theme for the latest meeting of the ‘Smarties’ group at Tenbury Library.
The monthly event is aimed at children over the age of six years and is intended to get them to love books and reading at an early age.
The event was linked to the national ‘storytelling week’ initiative.
The club meets at the library once a month on a Saturday morning at 11am.
