PARKING RESTRICTIONS – Work is being carried out for a few weeks by Severn Trent Water near the community centre, which makes parking difficult just now.
WALKING DAY – Saturday, April 28, from the Discovery Centre. 10am to 3pm, short walks to two-hour guided walks, for any age and ability, Free pizza from the outdoor cob oven and salad.
EXHIBITION – Don’t forget the outstanding exhibition/sale of paintings and photographs now on at the Discovery Centre until May 7.
QUEEN’S JUBILEE CELEBRATIONS – Memories wanted: Have you any memorabilia eg photos/cuttings etc relating to weddings/birthdays or other anniversaries dating back to 1952? If so, would you like to share them and help to form a ‘memory wall’ in the community centre during the celebrations in June? They can be taken along to Nicky at the post office.
WISTANSTOW EVENT – Wine, cheese and song tomorrow (Friday) at 7.30pm in the village hall.
