THE Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre in Craven Arms is making something of a name for its focus on cuisine.
In the latest venture the centre ran a course on dairy- and gluten-free cookery.
This was aimed at people who either have an intolerance of gluten or dairy products or choose not to consume them. Cooking courses are a regular feature of the programme at the Discovery Centre.
