THE refusal of planning permission to extend a small one bedroom property near Cleobury Mortimer has been overturned.
Shropshire Council planners had refused to allow an extension to a cottage at Cramer Gutter in Orelton that would have effectively made it into a three bedroom home.
The scheme also involves knocking down stables and replacing them with a replacement along with an open garage and equipment store.
The matter has gone to appeal and the inspector has found against the Council.
The development can now go ahead to conditions include gaining agreement about the building materials and the provision of a bat box.
