VILLAGERS in one of the most isolated villages in south Shropshire were able to buy their stamps and have their postal needs met for Christmas.
The post office in Clee Hill that is part of the convenience store in the village is back open for business.
It has been closed for more than two weeks while an audit was undertaken but has now re-opened with a temporary postmaster in charge.
Villagers had mounted a campaign to get the post office back in use in order to avoid having to make difficult and costly journeys to Ludlow, Tenbury or Cleobury Mortimer.
