A TEACHER at a Cleobury Mortimer School has got top marks.
Caroline Bills has been awarded a Distinction in the National Association School Business Management Awards.
Caroline, a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, who has been at Lacon for 15 years, was nominated for her outstanding work with pupils at the school.
“We have only managed to become the outstanding school we are due to the dedication of our staff,” said head teacher Alan Gilhooley.
“This is the first time we have nominated staff, we are very pleased that Caroline reached the final stag es and are pleased with her award.”
Laura Callwood, a Year 8 pupil at the school said: “Mrs Bills is so helpful and friendly. I love going to Spor tability every Monday after school and I can’t wait to go on the London trip this December. She’s fantastic and deserves to get this award!”
