MEMBERS of the Knighton Macmillan cancer support group held their annual coffee morning as part of the 'Macmillan biggest coffee morning in the world' in the church hall, Knighton and raised £479. At the event there were plenty of cakes for sale and a raffle. Raffle winners were Susie Jones, Maureen Thomas, Ann Higgins, Val Smith, Jackie Vickress and Gemma Alderton. Committee member Jean Price thanked everyone for coming to the event, those who donated and cakes, helped on the day and gave donations". Jean continued by thanking committee chairperson Liz George for all her hard work.
