THE UKMT Individual Maths Challenges are lively, intriguing multiple choice question papers, which are designed to stimulate interest in maths. Each year they attract over 600,000 entries from over 4,000 schools and colleges.
Pupils at Ludlow School achieved two golds, two silvers and 16 bronzes in this year's UKMT Intermediate Maths Challenge.
James Milburn (year 10) and Matthew Thomas (year nine) were invited to take part in the follow-on round held on March 19 after achieving high scores in the original challenge.
