ON February 3, Ludlow college BTEC level 3 Business students raised £104.04 for UNICEF. At the college we held a public fundraising event which included a tombola raffle, a cake sale, bric-a-brac sale and a money snake.
With the money we raised we are able to help provide nine emergency water kits for children in countries such as Syria and the Philippines with lack of water.
We would also like to thank the following people for their help and donations for the cause: Roger Farmer from Farmer Produce Market; Castle Book Shop; The Silver Pear; Broad Bean; The wool shop; Gifts and Chocolates; Rickards and sons; Emporos; and Granny Browns sweet shop.
