OVER 50 people gathered at Bishops Castle town hall on November 30 for a tea party to celebrate the 21st birthday of The House on Crutches Museum and the 10th anniversary of the Bishops Castle Heritage Resource Centre. They were treated to a slide show of historic photographs of Bishops Castle and other entertainments including a reconstruction of the old town jail in the basement of the town hall, complete with sound effects, as well as a video of the 1973 celebrations of the 400th anniversary of the town being granted its charter.
