Craven Arms mind, body and spirit fair

A MIND, body and spirit fair is coming to Craven Arms.
The event at the community centre will include tarot reading, Chinese medicines, holistic therapies, massage, crystals, reiki and health foods.
Exhibitors will also be available to help people get involved in sport and other fitness activities.
The fair is on Sunday, October 20 between 11am and 5pm.
New activities starting every Thursday are a fitness class for the over 70’s between 10.30am and 11.30am and hula hoop in the evening between 7.30pm and 8.30pm.
The cost of the exercises classes is £4 and £3 for the hula hoop sessions.
