THE Rocke Cottage Tea Room is just the place for a nice cup of tea.
In fact, the tea room in Clungunford is somewhere to go for a top cuppa in the view of the experts.
Karin Clarke set up the tea room in 2005 and has won an enviable reputation for the quality of her brews.
She has achieved a hat-trick of awards from the Tea Guild by collecting an excellence award to go with the one gained in 2010. Last year, the tea room collected the top tea shop accolade.
“We are now starting to get busy and on a Saturday afternoon are full with people,”
said Karin.
The Tea Guild is the body that promotes the highest standards in tea making and its awards are regarded as the Oscars of brewing a great cuppa.
