Let’s get an honest picture of debate IN the current Tesco debate, it matters nought as to whether one is for or against. The principle of honesty in the decision process is paramount.

The same vigorous pursuit of cor rectness applies to either method involved: (i) local opinion poll; (ii) local referendum.

The area involved in the exercise must be determined. Those, to take part in such an exercise, should be re gistered on the appropriate electoral roll, such registration should be verified, full scrutiny should take place to prevent the dubiousness of postal voting.

Lastly, participants should seriously consider the outcome effect of any supermarket opening a store (outside Tenbury Wells) across the bridge.
