Arrangements are in hand for the 2004 Historic Churches Trust annual sponsored cycle ride on Saturday, September 11.
The idea is to spend a day in the country either cycling or walking and visiting as many churches and chapels as possible between 10am and 6pm.
Last year £20,000 was raised in Shropshire and 220 places of worship were available for participants to register their visit and receive refreshments.
