WHEN Kwik Save closes, Ludlow will lose a shop where the service has been second to none.
The shoppers of Ludlow have appreciated the hard working, courteous, efficient staff, and, above all, the friendly service.
These fine workers have been very shabbily treated by the management of Somerfield, who hadn't the common courtesy to inform their loyal staff that they were to lose their jobs, until a week or two before the shop closure.
Unfortunately their customers are unable to influence events but we can say a big thank-you to all the staff who have contributed so much to our community. We wish them all the best for the future.
